Welcome back, Olya! Whenever you’re ready to pick this back up, here is exactly what to do each time you sit down — nothing has gotten more complicated. The playbook still does the heavy lifting; you just be your friendly, local self. We already built a real website for every business on your list, so you are never selling an idea — you are showing them something real with their name on it.

First, get set up (2 minutes)

Open the playbook on your phone: fivestar-playbook.vercel.app

At the top, tap Olya under “Sending as” — so your name and number are on everything.

Keep the Sales Process sheet next to you (that’s the one with every word to say).

Your list is ready — work it top to bottom

Your list is ready in the playbook, and every business on it already has a website we built for them. They’re sorted biggest first — just start at the very top and work down. These are great local businesses with wonderful reviews and a weak website, so they’re already half sold.

For each business, do this — then move to the next

🔁 The loop (repeat down the list)

Tap 📞 Call script on their card. It shows you exactly what to say, with their website builder already filled in (“I noticed you’re on Wix…”).

Call them — tap their number at the bottom of the card.

If they answer → say the script, warm and friendly, and offer to text them the link. If no answer → leave the short voicemail, then tap 💬 Send opener to text them the link right away.

Tap 📞 Log a call so nobody calls them twice.

Go to the next one. That’s it — one, two, three, next.

✅ When they’re interested

Tap ✅ They said YES to send them the link. Then tell Marc — he sends the $35/month link and finishes everything. You don’t handle any payment.

🕒 Your pace

Aim for about 8 to 10 good calls a session. No rush, no pressure. Come back the next day and the playbook shows you exactly who to follow up with.

Three things to remember

Be warm and local. You’re a neighbor who noticed their site, not a salesperson.
Name their builder. “I saw you’re on Wix” makes it personal, never spammy.
